Frank launched Toasted in 2014 with a mission to share the rich flavors of his Salvadoran roots with his hometown of Houston. A passionate cook with an eye for innovation, Frank blends tradition with creativity in every dish. He’s hands-on in the kitchen and at events, making sure every guest leaves satisfied and a little obsessed. His dedication to quality and hospitality is the heartbeat of Toasted.
